FAQs

Do you work from photos?
I love to work from photos and look forward to seeing your photo inspiration images. I can easily change out backgrounds and definitely clothing colors. I am not a traditional portrait artist, meaning that I do not create paintings of posed people facing forwards. I truly enjoy how painting subjects from the side or behind invites the viewer in and creates a timeless scene. So I would love to paint someone swinging their club or walking on their favorite course. Please do not worry if you do not have a single perfect photo. Many of my commissions are the result of a compilation of images.

Can you incorporate colors from my décor?

Absolutely! If you send me photos of fabrics, rugs, furniture, wall color, etc., I will make sure they complement your custom painting.

What will you paint as a commission?

For these commissions, I am happy to create paintings of any golf landscape and include people in natural positions (walking, swinging clubs, celebrating, etc.).

Do you ship?

Yes! Shipping is available anywhere in the US and Canada for commissions. Shipping costs are only $7 for these commissions, regardless of size.

What do I do now?

To reserve a space, you will add to cart your preferred size and checkout.
Due to the short turn-around period, these commissions will be paid in full at the time of your reservation and you will not owe a balance or additional shipping.

Of course, I will provide painting previews via photo and video, so that you can request tweaks if needed, before I ship your piece. Once you love your painting, I will varnish and wrap it carefully and then ship it right away.

After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email and will hear from my assistant next week, so that we can collaborate on all of the details of your vision for your custom painting.
