Strawberries have been my favorite fruit for most of my life, and in Montana, they actually grow and mature during the summer, rather than late Spring, like they did back in South Carolina. So, my favorite season now completely coincides with my favorite berry. You better believe I’ll be cutting up bowl-fulls for a refreshing snack almost daily from now until September.
